Artwork for tattoos

All the artwork is my own and not for your personal use.

If you are interested in one of my designs and would like to use it please email me to discuss first.

 

Some of my designs are commissioned by clients and are not to be used by anyone else.

I do take on commissions for tattoo artwork (depending on my current workload) so please feel free to get in contact for your own custom design.

Online Orders and Shop information 

Processing times for orders

Usually 2-3 days, I try to pack your order as quickly as possible, but weekends and public holidays can delay your order getting to the post office. You should get a confirmation email once your order has shipped, this will include a tracking number if applicable

*small items like stickers and some single items are shipped as a letter with no tracking

Cancellations

Cancellation of orders may be made within 2 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be denied. 

Returns, Exchanges, and Damaged Goods

Due to the handmade nature of our items we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes do happen, but we are always happy to make things right! If your item is damaged or faulty, or your order contains an incorrect item please follow these steps:

  • Take a photo of the item/s clearly showing the issues 

  • Send the photos to nicoleAdraeger@gmail.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue if it is not clear from the photo/s

  • Then we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return incorrect items or to send out replacement items.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Waikato, Aotearoa (New Zealand)

Goods will be delivered to the address specified on your order. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please make sure we have the right address for you.

If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact me immediately by email.

If your shipping label has already been created and paid for you will be required to cover the costs to create a new label, and if your order has already been shipped you will need to wait for the order to be returned to me and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

Because of limited international flights, shipping is taking twice as long as it normally would. International shipping is taking 4-6 weeks, I have increased international shipping to include tracking. This costs more but means faster shipping and much less likely for missing packages. 

I know shipping is expensive but please know I only charge what I pay for shipping.
